- We use PayPal for all transactions. When you click to pay for your items, you will be taken from our site to PayPal. You will automatically be login, if not, PayPal will ask you to do so. When your payment is complete, you should be automatically directed to our thank you page. The means your payment was successful. If you are not redirected, please click the link that will read Return To Merchant or MJ’s Blues.
- We ship using USPS first class mail. Your items will be shipped within 24 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday. If purchase is made on a Friday after 3pm, it will be shipped the following Monday, or next available business day. We ship to the address you have verified with PayPal. We use their shipping label purchasing system, so your tracking information will be located inside your PayPal account.
- We do not offer refunds or returns unless item is damaged during shipping. If return/refund is granted, we require the item shipped back to us within 14 days of arrival. A refund will be issued within 48 hours of receiving returned item. We require tracking information.
- Downloaded Items will be delivered both to your email and a download thank you page. BE SURE to check junk and spam folders for important information regarding your purchase.
