Use something flexible, like measuring tape, string or a strip of paper to wrap around your wrist. Place it just above the wrist bone. You should be able to slide your pinky finger in-between the measuring tool and your wrist. This ensures a proper fit. Wrap around until the ends meet. Make a mark then measure with a ruler or measuring tape.
